On the 27th August, with our Vitruvian Mill running in the background, we are launching our new tasting series, Vibe with the Vigneron. Join Sebastian to taste some exquisite wines and older vintages as he shares is passion and philosophy around the wines he creates. These tastings will take place every two months in our barrel cellar. Space will be limited to 20 tasters so don’t hesitate to book!

Producing a wine with no rules other than trying to make a magical blend that speaks to the sum of its parts has been the driving force behind this wine. First produced from the 2006 vintage using our main single cultivars to give the blend its key elements. Mourvèdre provides the guts, its crazy side and fine mid palate tannins to this wine. Pinotage’s natural tannins give it structure. Syrah fills the mid palate and adds a dash of spice, whilst Cab Franc lifts the perfume of the wine. Join Sebastian in tasting these magical vintages; 2006 from Magnum, followed by 2011, 2012, 2016, 2017.

On arrival Sebastian will meet you at our 250-year-old Vitruvian water mill, with a tasting of Hope Marguerite 2021, for an introduction on the history and philosophy behind the making of Vitruvian.

This will be followed by a vertical tasting of 5 vintages in the Barrel Cellar and a delicious lunch paired with Vitruvian 2011 & 2017. To finish, with dessert, our newly released Goutte D’Or 2018. To book your space click here.
