A range of fruit and vegetables are grown in our gardens and are available fresh or as produce from the tasting room.
Traditional recipes transform granadillas, lemons, grapefruit and oranges into cordials. Quinces are made into a delicious membrillo (quince cheese). Green figs, plums, strawberries, loquats and tomatoes become jams, preserves and chutneys. Milled flour is made into rusks while our golden honey comes from Jayne’s very own bee hives.
These crops ensure cellar platters and picnics are real, home grown and locally sourced.
