Put a spring in your step and join us in celebrating the start of summer!
Wander through the gardens of vivid colours and perfumed flowers, quench your thirst with our unique wines, satisfy your hunger with delicious food and take yourself back in time with a visit to our historic mill.

With a menu inspired by their Spring vegetable garden Zest Catering will be serving brunch, lunch and high tea overlooking the willow clad dam in our free flowing country garden.

Free entry. Our charity for the event is the Bot River Senior Citizens.
Wine and deli products, including our own stone ground flour, will be for sale.

Savoury
Homemade steak & ale pie served with crispy potato wedges & a garden salad
Hot smoked salmon, lemon and crème fraîche pasta topped with pea shoots and Parmesan
Vietnamese chicken salad with rice noodles, red pepper, mint, coriander and toasted peanuts
Open sourdough sandwich topped with broad beans, Anysbos goat’s cheese & roasted red pepper pesto
Cheese Platter – Camembert, Gorgonzola & Huguenot served with preserved figs, quince cheese and crackers
Sweet
Scones served with strawberry jam and whipped cream
Baked cheesecake served with garden strawberries
Coconut and granadilla tart served with coconut ice cream
Pavlova ice cream jars with granadilla and berries
Belgian sugar waffles with vanilla bean ice cream and chocolate sauce
